I had taken a photo years ago during a boat ride into a swampy area of Florida. The light coming through the tree's, just hitting certain leaves and tree's held my interest. So I decided to play around with various watercolor media to render the feelings of this area. At the end of the process, I added white ink to represent all the underbrush of the area.
